Club Information Page

As its name suggests, the B&D Club is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and is dedicated to the promotion of motorcycle racing events.  It is affiliated to the Motorcycle Union of Ireland (Ulster Centre) which is the governing body of the sport in Northern Ireland.  
In recent years, the Club has been associated mainly with Championship 'tarmac' racing at Kirkistown and a trials event held at the Lead Mines outside Newtownards.  

We are probably best known for our involvement in the annual ISB Championship races on Easter Monday, we also run one or two other similar events during the racing season at Kirkistown, either a Clubmans or a further ISB round.  

Where and When we meet:
We usually meet every second and forth Monday each month in the Harland and Wolff Club, 8 Dundela Avenue, Belfast at 8pm.  Changes or additional meetings will be posted on this website. Please contact us if you are interested in coming along - you will be assured of a warm welcome.

Please note:
At the events we run we shall provide additional prize money for 'placed' club competitor members - The race regulations for the different event will provide further details.   It will be possible to obtain general pre-race information including entry forms and regulations etc from the relevant event pages on this site a number of weeks before each event.
