As mentioned in a previous statement, the B&D Committee have been working to secure a date to reschedule our postponed event from 7th June 2014. Initially we intended to run again on our Sept date but this then meant we’d lose that event. We then decided to try and find a different date.
The earliest available date we could get was SATURDAY 23rd AUGUST 2014. This proposal was taken to the MCUI (UC) Tarmac Committee last night for approval. The Committee agreed to this and offered our Club their full support and wished us every success.
SATURDAY 23rd AUGUST is now confirmed subject to final approval by the Short Circuit Commission.
All competitors who entered the 7th June Event are entered for this new date and need do nothing further, just turn up and sign on as usual. If you can’t make this date then contact our Race Secretary Gerry Rutherford. Contact details on our website.
Spectators who paid on 7th June are asked to retain their ticket and/or their program which will gain them free access on 23rd August.
Our Event on 6th September 2014 will remain as originally advertised and entries can be accepted from now (Entry Forms on our website)
