Notices of Motion:
1. MCUI Technical Regulations for Road Races and Short Circuits, add the following to apply to all solo classes:-
All classes may change the front brake master cylinder

2. MCUI Technical Regulations for Road Races and Short Circuits, add the following to apply to all solo classes:-
All lateral covers/engine casings containing oil and which could be in contact with the ground during a crash, must be protected by a second cover made from composite materials. Type carbon or Kevlar, aluminium, or steel plates and/or bars are also permitted. All these devices must be designed to be resistant against sudden shocks and must be fixed properly and securely.

3. Fallen Riders, wording to be used in all regulations :
Once a rider has fallen from their machine they are not permitted to remount and continue in that race or qualifying/practice session. The machine has to be rechecked and passed by a scrutineer before the rider can continue in the meeting.

4. Amendment to GCR 92 Drivers Competition Licence
Type “P” Licence entitles the holder to take part in Parade Laps at any Road Race or Short Circuit event. The general qualification for a Parade Lap Licence is that the driver must have been the holder of an A or B type Licence in the past or a current holder of a full Motor Cycle Driving Licence. Holders of current ‘A’ and ‘B’ Licences may take part in Parade Laps. No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to hold a ‘P’Licence.

5. Add to standing regulations for Pre 1973 Classic Racing Machines
All Classic machines must be fitted with a belly pan.
